Payment via bank transfer

After placing your order, you instruct your bank to transfer the invoice total to us. We'll ship your order as soon as we've received your payment and the articles you've ordered are available.

Place your order in our shop and transfer the invoice total to our account (details below) with reference to the order number. We'll send the products you've ordered as soon as they are ready to be shipped and your payment has arrived in our account.

Payment via PayPal

This payment option allows you to pay fast and secure with just a few mouse clicks. All you need is an active PayPal account and a valid email address. Available items will be dispatched as soon as you have successfully completed the payment process.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an easy-to-use online payment service that lets you instantly pay for products you buy online at MioTools, eBay and other online stores. First you'll need to open a PayPal account and connect it to your bank account or credit card.

Paying for your purchases from MioTools via PayPal is easy:
Before the ordering process with MioTools has been concluded, you'll be prompted by PayPal in a separate window to authorise the payment. As soon as PayPal has informed us of the arrival of the payment and the products you've ordered are available, we'll send them off to you.

Please note that money that you transfer via PayPal, in the event that you subsequently cancel your order, will be returned to you as a credit to your PayPal account. From PayPal you can then transfer it back to your bank account. You'll find more information about PayPal at www.paypal.co.uk

Paying via credit card

If you choose to pay with a credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa), we will send off your order as soon as the items are available. The invoice total will be charged to your credit card right before shipment.

The amount charged will appear on your monthly credit card bill as usual.
