Sanding discs 406 mm, 375 mm and 330 mm for orbital floor sanders
Orbital floor sanders are used for the surface preparation, polishing , cleaning and grinding of hard as well as elastic floor coverings. With the correct pad attached, an orbital floor sander can also be used for maintaining floors with care products. Some orbital floor sanders come with a dust extractor. That means that any dust generated while grinding can easily be removed.
Pad, sanding mesh or sanding fleece: Orbital floor sanders can be used for a variety of purposes
You can use pads for cleaning, polishing and maintaining wooden floors with your orbital floor sander. These are available in various models. Sanding mesh and double-sided sanding discs made of aluminium oxide and silicon carbide are attached to orbital floor sanders for grinding. Sanding fleece, on the other hand, is used for the fine grinding or surface matting of floors. For hard or tough surfaces like concrete or screed, you will be best served using a carbide grit sanding disc

MENZER pads for orbital floor sanders
MioTools offer a variety of MENZER brand pads:
MENZER Normal pad & MENZER Super pad
The pads, which are 100% polyester, are available in two thicknesses: all MENZER Normal pads are 10 mm thick and all MENZER Super pads are 22 mm thick. You can also choose from five pad types depending on the intended use. Black MENZER pads are extremely hard and abrasive, which makes them the perfect choice for removing stubborn dirt. The white MENZER pads, on the other end of the spectrum, are extra soft, absorbent and non-abrasive. These are used for the polishing or oiling of parquet or wooden floors.
MENZER Bonnetpad
The MioTools online shop also offers MENZER Bonnet pads in a polyester and viscose material mix, which were developed specifically for the cleaning of textile surfaces like carpeting.
