Replaceable head system

The MENZER TSW 225 comes equipped with two cup wheels that are easily replaced. The circular backing pad is used for large area sanding. The excentre movement of the triangular cup wheel allows easy sanding of corners and edges.

The extremely powerful motor gives this machine plenty of power reserves. The results are higher speeds and therefore more abrasion. Sanding tasks are completed faster than with traditional drywall sanders.

MENZER TSW 225 Drywall Sander

The MENZER TSW 225 features an innovative replaceable head system. This compact drywall sander is therefore ideally suited for working on large areas and for sanding edges and corners.

The replaceable cup wheels come with 6 or 12 holes and ensure efficient dust extraction. The abrasive doesn’t get clogged with fine dust particles, which guarantees a healthy work environment. A spring-loaded backing pad allows the circular sanding head to adapt to uneven substrates. The compact size and low weight (3.1 kg) of the MENZER TSW 225 makes it a perfect tool for tight spaces, in stairwells and on ladders or scaffolding.

MENZER TSW 225 comes with a powerful motor (710 W) and a stepless adjustable motor speed controller. In conjunction with the ergonomic handle made of anti-slip plastic, you will be guaranteed a controlled and powerful sanding experience.
